Peterhead have signed attacker Hashim Bakar at third attempt with the 26 year old signing a short term deal. Hasim was on trial with the Blue Toon two years ago however red tape prevented a short term deal being agreed and a trial at the start of this season was cut short when the one-time player with Maltese club St Andrews dislocating a shoulder.
After returning to fitness and playing against Clyde and Montrose as a trialist Hashim made his debut as a signed player in the Betfred Cup tie against Kelty Hearts on Tuesday night.
