Peterhead manager Jim McInally used the lack of a game on Saturday to catch up on the development of Blue Toon defender Jadel Musanhu.
The 18-year-old former City of Liverpool FC player moved to Junior side Tayport on a Temporary Transfer at the end of September and Jim watched on as Jadel played his part in a 4-0 McBookie Midlands Football League win over Blairgowrie at The Canniepairt.
Jadel, who made a goalscoring debut in a 3-1 over Dundee St James the week before, played for the full 90 minutes with Jim saying: “It is important when players go out on loan that they are not forgotten about. Having a free Saturday from first team games it was a good opportunity to see how Jadel fared against experienced players.”

“It was exactly the type of game we reckon he should be playing in to help his development. He did not know that I was popping along, and I am not sure he is aware of it yet, but we will catch up at training on Tuesday and go over what I picked up.”
