Peterhead midfielder Derryn Kesson is to continue his 2021/22 season on loan at East Region side Broughty Athletic. The 23 year old who joined the Blue Toon from the Whitton Park side in 2020 and went on to make more than 20 appearances before returning to Broughty on a temporary basis in September of last year.
Balmoor boss Jim McInally said: “Derryn went back to Broughty earlier this season as playing regular football suited all the parties involved. I have watched him play at Broughty and he did well in that game and has done well overall.”
“The recent extension of Ryan Duncan’s loan from Aberdeen and the emergence of Grant Savoury in a midfield role would probably mean that Derryn would find game time with us limited so it made sense for him to go back to Broughty .”
