Lenny heads to Brora Rangers on emergency loan

Mar 7, 2022

Peterhead goalkeeper has joined Highland League side Brora Rangers on an emergency seven day loan.

The 25 year old has been out of action since suffering a jaw injury at the end of last year with the short term move described as a ‘win-win’ by Blue Toon boss Jim McInally said: “The initial deal is for one week but depending on circumstances it could run longer. Lenny is ready to get playing again and the move to Brora gives him a chance to do that. He has worked hard to get himself available again, and is actually ahead of schedule, so we wish him well there.”

“It is a win-win as Lenny will hopefully get game time, Brora get the use of a good goalkeeper and we get the benefit of him being sharper for when he comes back. The initial deal is for one week but depending on circumstances it could run longer.”
