Jack, who has been a standout for the Blue Toon this season, is on the bench for his parent club in this evening’s Premier Sports Cup tie with Livingston. Having played only in Group games he is not cup-tied.
Peterhead manager Jim McInally said: “We have been informed that as Dundee United goalkeeper Mark Birighitti is injured, Jack is required as emergency cover back at his parent club. Emergency loans tend to be reviewed regularly dependant on the fitness of goalkeepers so we are working with Dundee United on getting clarity on whether further requests will be made.”
“Jack’s loan spell with us has been a win-win for everyone so far and once we have clarity over injuries at his parent club, we will know what action we need to take. They have a game tonight so hopefully we will get that clarity tomorrow.”
