Striker Cristiano Kisuka has opted to leave Peterhead by mutual consent after being unable to fit playing for the Blue Toon around his work and personal commitments.
The 30-year-old former Aberdeen, Queen’s Park and Rangers youth player joined the Blue Toon from Yoker Athletic back in August as part of Balmoor boss Jim McInally’s rebuild of the club.
Cristiano featured in four games for the club with manager McInally saying: “We brought Chris in and gave him a platform to make his mark as SPFL player. We had hoped that there would have been a way for him to combine training and playing for the club along with his commitments outside of football in the West of Scotland.”
“Unfortunately, that has not happened and we have agreed to part ways. He is a big character and I hope that he enjoys what he goes on to do.”
